Industrial Wastewater Senior Technical Manager - Remote/Nationwide

• Develop, design, and deliver industrial water/wastewater projects across the U.S.
• Stay at the forefront of technical approaches, contribute innovation, and ensure quality project delivery.
• Develop client relationships, lead proposals, and contribute to business development and planning.
• Mentor staff in technical and design management skills and publish/present technical work nationally.

This role contributes to clean water and a safe environment by designing and implementing industrial wastewater solutions, directly supporting healthy communities and positive planetary impact through engineering excellence.

• 15+ years of experience with an engineering consulting firm and a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
• M.S. in Engineering preferred, with demonstrated experience serving industrial clients (e.g., Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical).
• Strong appreciation for safe work practices and experience in traditional/alternative project delivery preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a track record of publishing technical work.
