Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Demonstrated experience in impact evaluation, organizational learning, or strategic planning within international NGOs, foundations, or other mission-driven organizations
  • Experience working in complex, multi-country and multi-stakeholder environments, including alongside civil society, community-led organizations and policy-facing actors
  • A strong understanding of how evidence, data and lived experience are translated into influence, funding and systems-level change
  • Experience operating at the intersection of programs, strategy and external positioning, particularly in resource-constrained or politically complex contexts
