Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Co-develop and execute a multi-year revenue generation strategy across all sales channels (direct to schools, districts, ISVs, out-of-school programs)
  • Advance earned revenue goals by developing, curating, and closing opportunities across ImBlaze's sales channels to increase new earned revenue growth
  • Collaborate with Partnerships/Marketing team to design, execute, and refine lead generation strategies across email, events, digital campaigns, and partner channels
  • Maintain Salesforce data integrity and lead efforts to improve CRM design with outside consultants

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management with proven record of meeting earned-revenue goals in mission-driven or education-focused environments
  • Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce CRM for managing leads, opportunities, forecasting, and reporting on revenue outcomes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to adapt messaging for various stakeholders including educators, nonprofit leaders, and decision-makers
  • Proficient with Google Drive, ChatGPT, and Mailchimp (or similar tools) for communications, with comfort using emerging technologies and learning new digital tools
