Humanitarian Business Analyst

Core responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse and present humanitarian data to inform decision-making
• Develop dashboards and trackers for management and donor reporting
• Support monitoring, evaluation and accountability processes
• Assist with knowledge management and operational learning
• Liaise with global teams and Member Associations to ensure timely information flow

This role strengthens IPPF's capacity to respond in humanitarian settings worldwide, providing insights that shape programming, capacity building, and operational deliverables to ensure all people can make choices about their sexuality and well-being.

Required qualifications:

• University degree (postgraduate desirable) in international development, social sciences, statistics, public health or related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience in NGOs, ideally in humanitarian or development contexts
• Fluency in English and Spanish (essential), French and Arabic (desirable)
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and experience in donor reporting
• Proficiency in MS Office; advanced Excel and Power BI desirable (essential)
