Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Maintain digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests
- Update internal databases with new hire information and create/distribute company policy guidelines
- Gather payroll data, process payroll, and respond to employee questions about benefits
- Manage job ads, schedule interviews, prepare HR reports, and develop training/onboarding materials

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and qualifications:
- Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and knowledge of labor legislation
- Experience using spreadsheets with strong organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills and BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
