Mission

What you will drive

  • Conduct Mercer job evaluations including drafting job descriptions, running interviews, collecting data, performing job matching, global calibration and evaluation
  • Engage in various global grading projects e.g. acquisitions, expansions and integrations
  • Support global benchmarking activities such as salary surveys, salary ranges and ad-hoc analyses
  • Participate in different compensation projects by analyzing large amounts of data and providing recommendations

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Legal, Economics or Finance
  • More than 5 years of professional experience in the compensation area in a global or multi regional role
  • Proficiency in Mercer job evaluation and job matching methodology
  • Practical knowledge the annual compensation cycle activities in Workday, including experience of running processes in the Advance Compensation Module
