Mission
What you will drive
As HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Handling staff contracts and managing payroll in coordination with external country-based payroll accountants
- Maintaining and developing the HR portal (Personio) and handling HR requests from the team
- Implementing and monitoring HR and team policies, and overseeing recruitment and on/offboarding processes
- Providing HR analysis and recommendations to senior leadership team

What makes you a great fit
We are seeking a candidate with:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with HR and payroll management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Discretion and sound judgment for handling sensitive information responsibly
- Tech-savvy nature and comfort in digital environments (experience with Personio HR system is a plus)
