Mission

What you will drive

As HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling staff contracts and managing payroll in coordination with external country-based payroll accountants
  • Maintaining and developing the HR portal (Personio) and handling HR requests from the team
  • Implementing and monitoring HR and team policies, and overseeing recruitment and on/offboarding processes
  • Providing HR analysis and recommendations to senior leadership team

Profile

What makes you a great fit

We are seeking a candidate with:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with HR and payroll management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail
  • Discretion and sound judgment for handling sensitive information responsibly
  • Tech-savvy with comfort in digital environments and experience in remote multilingual/multicultural organizations
