What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead HR systems and operations to enable exceptional employee experience across U.S. and Canada
- Own payroll, benefits, HRIS, compliance, and workforce data while ensuring business scales with confidence
- Partner with managers and leadership to translate people data into insights and maintain operational rigor
- Ensure HR services are seamless, compliant, and trusted throughout the employee lifecycle

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years experience leading HR operations in startup or scaling organization
- Hands-on expertise setting up, managing, and reporting on HRIS and payroll systems
- Experience designing and administering compensation, equity, and benefits programs
- Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian labor laws and compliance requirements
- Advanced spreadsheet and reporting skills for workforce data management
