HR Operations Assistant

• Provide timely email support to employees on a variety of HR topics
• Issue various employer certificates and keep our HR database up to date
• Contribute to HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and benefits
• Ensure that our drivers feel supported and help resolve their questions or concerns by optimizing systems and collaborating across teams

This role supports Via's mission to create modern and efficient public transportation systems that provide greater access to jobs, healthcare, and education, while reducing humanity's collective environmental footprint through transformed transportation.

• Minimum of 1+ year of work experience in HR operations, customer service, operations, or a similar role
• You speak fluent German (C2 or native) and English (C1 or C2)
• You are a good communicator who can find right tone for different stakeholders
• You are tech-savvy and enjoy working with modern IT tools, always seeking ways to gain efficiency

• Possibility to work 100% work from home, as long as you're based in Germany. If you're based in Berlin, possibility to our office in Mitte as many days as you'd like
