Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Execute core HR functions to enhance people strategy and ensure compliance with HR policies and best practices
- Support employee onboarding, new employee orientation, compliance, HRIS administration, documentation, learning technologies, and day-to-day employee support
- Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while serving as a trusted resource for employees and managers
- Maintain and update HR systems, employee records, and policies to ensure compliance and cultural alignment

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of progressive HR experience including compliance, onboarding, and benefits administration
- Strong understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and organizational compliance in Colorado (multi-state experience preferred)
- Experience with HRIS (preferably Workday), ATS, and other HR tech platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Must be willing to work onsite at Denver, CO facility and be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
