What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Manage employee lifecycle activities including new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations, ensuring proper documentation and compliance
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee and supervisor inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR matters
  • Administer HRIS data entry and reporting, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information, benefits enrollment, and performance records
  • Partner with hiring managers to support full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer preparation

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multi-state environment
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws; experience ensuring compliance across multiple states strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and HRIS platforms
