Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Manage employee lifecycle activities including new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations, ensuring proper documentation and compliance
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee and supervisor inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR matters
- Administer HRIS data entry and reporting, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information, benefits enrollment, and performance records
- Partner with hiring managers to support full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer preparation

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multi-state environment
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws; experience ensuring compliance across multiple states strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and HRIS platforms
