What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the UK & Ireland Business Line Leadership Team, providing data-driven insights to influence business decisions from a people perspective.
- Lead the delivery of cyclical HR processes including talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management, ensuring career development and internal mobility are prioritized.
- Act as the conduit between the business and HR Centres of Expertise, ensuring HR initiatives are aligned with business priorities and drive measurable outcomes.
- Coach and develop HR Managers in the region while supporting senior leaders through individual coaching to build leadership effectiveness and high-performing teams.
