HR Business Partner- UK & Ireland

Core responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the UK & Ireland Business Line Leadership Team, providing data-driven insights to influence business decisions from a people perspective.
• Lead the delivery of cyclical HR processes including talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management, ensuring career development and internal mobility are prioritized.
• Act as the conduit between the business and HR Centres of Expertise, ensuring HR initiatives are aligned with business priorities and drive measurable outcomes.
• Coach and develop HR Managers in the region while supporting senior leaders through individual coaching to build leadership effectiveness and high-performing teams.

This role creates positive change by shaping and influencing the people agenda across the UK and Ireland, driving strategic HR initiatives that deliver real business value and support the evolution of the HR function toward strategic change leadership.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience as a Strategic HR Business Partner partnering with senior leadership teams in a global business environment.
• Strong capability in translating business strategy into people strategy and driving talent management initiatives aligned with commercial objectives.
• Proven ability to provide data-driven insights and thought leadership to shape business decisions from a people perspective.
• Experience in coaching HR professionals and senior leaders, with a focus on developing leadership effectiveness and high-performing teams.
