Head of UI/UX Design

Core responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a growing team of designers
• Balance UX research with a robust design framework to create impactful designs
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements, business goals, and technical constraints
• Foster an iterative design process including rapid prototyping and integration of feedback

This role contributes to creating best-in-class UX/UI to ensure customer delight and helps modernize the waste and recycling industry through software solutions.

Required qualifications:

• 5-8+ years of experience with at least three years in a lead product design or design manager role, preferably in a startup environment
• Versatile design skill set encompassing user research, systems thinking, wireframing, and visual design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with maintaining and implementing design systems, and proficiency with Figma
