Head of Program Management

• Develop and execute program management strategy aligned with company business objectives
• Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of program managers, fostering accountability and collaboration
• Establish scalable program management frameworks, tools, and best practices for hardware startup environment
• Oversee portfolio of complex hardware programs, ensuring projects stay on track with proactive risk management

This role directly contributes to building products that prevent food waste, which is described as one of the most solvable climate problems, helping create a better environment for all while taking on climate change.

• Minimum 10 years of program management experience with at least 3 years in leadership role at hardware-focused company or startup
• Demonstrated experience managing full hardware product development lifecycle from ideation to market launch
• Strong technical acumen and understanding of engineering principles in mechanical, electrical, and/or software disciplines
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and motivate diverse teams

The estimated base salary range is $240k to $270k, which does not include the value of benefits or a potential equity grant. This is a foundational leadership role at a company with massive growth potential where you'll have direct impact on products and processes.
