Mission
What you will drive
- Define and execute the technical vision and roadmap for the Product Engineering team.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 15-20 engineers (including managers and senior individual contributors), fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
- Drive the end-to-end ride-hailing experience and the development of both onboard and offboard routing engines.
- Partner closely with mobility providers and OEMs on system and data integration, and lead innovation for operational and fleet tooling.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or 5+ years of equivalent industry experience) with 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years in engineering leadership roles managing teams of 10+ engineers.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, with hands-on experience building and scaling real-time cloud services and applications.
- Proven leadership experience managing and growing high-performing engineering teams, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and inspire technical talent.
- Strong business sense, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with a bias for action and continuous improvement, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
