Head of People

• Design and drive LEEP's global People Strategy to support ambitious growth and mission alignment
• Oversee talent lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and learning & development
• Promote and nurture LEEP's culture and values across the organization through initiatives and communications
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations across all jurisdictions where LEEP operates

This role directly influences the effectiveness of teams working to eliminate childhood lead poisoning, one of the world's most overlooked public health crises, by ensuring LEEP's people systems support ambitious growth and mission impact.

• Minimum of five years relevant work experience in People/HR roles
• Strong strategic capability with experience setting or delivering People/HR vision in growing organizations
• Demonstrated excellence in people management, coaching, and supporting team growth
• Experience in international or multi-country HR settings and comfort working in startup environments

Salary dependent on location and experience (examples: $87,743–$97,829 USD for NYC, £60,204–£67,124 GBP for London, €61,185–€68,217 for Paris).
