Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Design and drive LEEP's global People Strategy to support ambitious growth and mission
- Oversee global recruitment strategy, talent lifecycle, performance management, and learning & development
- Promote and nurture LEEP's culture and values across the team through initiatives and internal communications
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations in all jurisdictions and oversee People Operations and HR systems

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Deep alignment with LEEP's mission, values, and culture
- Minimum of five years relevant work experience in People/HR
- Strong strategic capability with experience setting or delivering People/HR vision in a growing organization
- Excellent judgement, interpersonal skills, discretion, and communication
- Experience in international or multi-country HR settings is beneficial
- Comfortable working in a startup environment across HR strategy and hands-on People Ops

LEEP is an impact-driven, evidence-based nonprofit that aims to eliminate childhood lead poisoning, which affects an estimated one in three children worldwide. They primarily focus on lead paint elimination through generating data, supporting government regulation, and assisting manufacturers in switching to lead-free paints, while also piloting interventions for other lead exposure sources.
