Mission
What you will drive
Core Responsibilities:
- Translate company strategy into operational plans, KPIs, and measurable goals, partnering with the CEO and leadership team on company OKRs, board reporting, and investor communications.
- Build scalable processes across finance, people, legal, and compliance, driving continuous improvement to remove bottlenecks and increase cross-functional efficiency.
- Support talent strategy, hiring processes, and performance management while championing company culture as we scale to ensure employee engagement and retention.
- Partner with finance to manage budgets, forecasts, and business analytics, supporting fundraising activities, due diligence, and board preparation.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required Skills and Experience:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in operations, strategy, or business leadership, ideally in a fast-scaling Series A–C tech company.
- Strong background in building and scaling processes with a track record of improving operational efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
- Financial acumen with comfort in budgets, forecasts, and key SaaS metrics, plus excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
