Head of HR

Core responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team on all people matters including org design, talent strategy, succession planning, and performance management
• Design and evolve structures, roles, and processes that enable high performance at scale, building robust talent management practices and workforce planning
• Lead the organization through transitions of a scaling company, building change capability across the organization
• Lead and develop the HR team across operations, recruitment, and employee experience, continuously improving HR service delivery

Your decisions will directly shape how 200+ people work and grow, and you'll be building critical infrastructure for the future of e-mobility by enabling EV charging businesses to scale.

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years in HR with at least 3 years in a leadership role, with proven track record in a scaling tech/SaaS environment (100-500 employees)
• Experience with international operations and multi-country employment complexity, plus hands-on experience implementing HRIS, performance management, and compensation systems
• Business-first thinking with proactive nature, comfortable with ambiguity, and results-oriented mindset
• Exceptional ability to influence without authority, strong analytical capabilities, clear direct communication style, and fluent English
