Tech Strategy, Governance & AI

• Define and execute Nofence's business technology strategy and enterprise architecture
• Manage the business technology budget, optimizing cost efficiency and value realization
• Drive the effective and responsible adoption of AI tools and capabilities across the organization

Data & Business Intelligence

• Establish data governance, MDM, and quality SLAs with clear domain ownership
• Define and implement the BI strategy to deliver a trusted single source of truth

Security, Risk & Compliance

• Own information security, privacy, and compliance frameworks
• Oversee risk management, vendor assessments, and audit readiness

Operations & Reliability

• Design and maintain scalable, secure, and resilient IT infrastructure
• Oversee end-user IT services, including device lifecycle and service desk operations

This role enables Nofence to revolutionize livestock management through agricultural technology innovation, creating positive change by improving livestock management practices and operational efficiency in agriculture.

• 7+ years of IT leadership experience, ideally in a fast-growing international environment
• Proven track record in IT strategy, systems/enterprise architecture, and infrastructure management
• Deep understanding of IT security, privacy, compliance, and risk management frameworks
• Experience managing run/change portfolios, platform roadmaps, and technical debt
• Strong knowledge of data governance, MDM, and modern BI tooling
• Experience managing IT budgets, P&L accountability, SaaS/cloud FinOps, and vendor relationships
• Background with ERP, CRM, process automation, and integrations
• Skilled in defining and enforcing QA/release governance and service SLAs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills across all levels
• Hands-on leader with experience hiring and developing high-performing IT teams
• Fluent in English (Norwegian or Swedish is a plus)
