What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Contribute to research, monitoring & evaluation, and strategic advisory projects for clients including UN agencies, EU, bilateral donors, and private sector clients
- Apply AI and digital tools to support analysis, reporting, and problem-solving in consulting workflows
- Engage with multidisciplinary teams on strategy, climate, infrastructure, governance, and policy frameworks
- Participate in structured learning sessions, mentorship, and professional development activities

Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in any relevant field - business, STEM, social sciences, humanities, or related disciplines
- Strong English proficiency (written and verbal) - professional fluency required
- Demonstrated AI fluency: Regular use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, etc.) with practical work examples
- Availability for full 4-month commitment during chosen cohort period
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
