GTM Operations (Low-Code + Ai Focus)

• Design scalable GTM systems: Own and evolve the architecture connecting CRM, marketing, and revenue systems (HubSpot, InCycle, Omni, etc.)
• Build low-code automations: Leverage Zapier, Make, n8n, or custom scripts to eliminate manual work and orchestrate cross-platform workflows
• Operationalize AI: Implement AI/ML-driven tools for lead scoring, content personalization, forecasting, and process automation
• Integrate data pipelines: Ensure clean, unified data across marketing, sales, and finance systems to support analytics and strategic decisions

By building intelligent, automated systems that underpin our go-to-market strategy, you’ll help accelerate clean energy financing and drive the next wave of U.S. industrial growth.

• Business-Minded Technologist: You combine technical literacy (APIs, databases, automation tools) with business acumen — understanding how systems design influences growth, efficiency, and revenue.
• Low-Code Builder: You love building systems without over-engineering — using tools like Zapier, Retool, or Airtable to create quick, elegant solutions that scale.
• AI Practitioner: You’ve deployed or customized AI tools for business process automation, data enrichment, or predictive analytics.
• Systems Thinker: You see how workflows, data models, and automation connect across teams — and can map processes from first principles.

• Healthcare: We cover 100% of premiums for employees with a variety of plans on Aetna (nationwide) and Kaiser (WA and California) and subsidize 70% for dependents (total as a group), if relevant.
• Dental & vision: We cover 100% of premiums for employees and 50% for dependents (each), if relevant.
• Holidays: 10 company holidays per year.
• Paid time off: 20 days per year.
• 401k: We support a 401k account but don't have a matching program set up at this time (typical for an early-stage startup).
• Parental leave: 16 weeks for birthing parents and 12 weeks for non-birthing parents.
• Compensation: Base salary and bonus ranging between compensation between $135,000 - $195,000, depending on leveling. Company wide bonus tied to revenue goals. Competitive equity in the form of stock options.
• Stock options in a rapidly growing company.
• Remote-first operating model: Work from anywhere in the US and Canada, or work out of our optional offices in DC (open), NYC (opening Q1’26). Optional co-working opportunities with co-workers in Bay Area, Seattle, Denver, Boston, LA, and beyond.
• Regular team offsites: We sustain culture by bringing the entire company together 3 times a year. Individual teams may also meet up more frequently.
