What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Own and execute the end-to-end growth strategy, continuously refining priorities to drive measurable business impact
- Identify, test, and scale the highest-leverage growth opportunities across channels, formats, and initiatives
- Design and run hypothesis-driven experiments: test fast, learn quickly, double down on what works, and cut what doesn't
- Orchestrate and align performance marketing, organic growth, content, web/CRO, analytics, and CRM toward shared growth goals
- Build and lead a lean, high-performing growth team through coaching, prioritisation, and enablement

Required skills and experience:
- Strong track record in Growth (not necessarily classic marketing)
- Deep understanding of startup dynamics, prioritization, and hypothesis testing
- Highly pragmatic, impact-driven, and decisive
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt language and information to different stakeholders
- Proven leadership mindset with a strong focus on team development
- Full professional fluency in German is a must
