Growth Intern

Core responsibilities:

• Identify and research prospective REITs, asset managers, insurers, and public-sector partners
• Support segmentation, CRM organization, and outbound targeting efforts
• Assist in preparing materials for sales conversations, demos, and investor updates
• Help develop case studies, one-pagers, and market insights for external communication
• Track outreach progress and contribute to optimizing Mendria's top-of-funnel strategy
