Mission
What you will drive
- Serve as the day-to-day key point of contact for strategic accounts, supporting Commercial and Operational Leads to ensure customer satisfaction and value realization.
- Develop account growth plans in collaboration with Commercial and Operational Leads and facilitate related discussions with customers.
- Analyze customer data and operational reports to uncover new business opportunities across various Einride Business Units and develop supporting business cases.
- Apply AI tools to automate and streamline processes, improving speed, accuracy, scalability, and simplicity.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a technical field such as Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Bring 8–10 years of experience in account management, business development, customer success, management consulting, or other roles that combine analytical and customer-facing skills, preferably in transportation and freight logistics.
- Possess expertise in key BI and technical tools, including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Looker/Looker Studio, BigQuery, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrate the ability to use AI tools to work faster and smarter, increasing efficiency and quality.
