What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead all design for the studio, collaborating with developers, photographers, and filmmakers to produce print and digital collateral for social and environmental brands and productions
  • Lead design for diverse global client projects, including branding and website design, data visualization, impact campaign content, and communications collateral
  • Work closely with the creative director to support the studio's creative vision and output

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required skills and experience:

  • 10+ years of graphic design experience in creative agency or in-house for an impact organization
  • 8+ years experience in branding and website design
  • 5+ years experience working with purpose-driven brands
  • Portfolio demonstrating analytical and creative problem solving through graphic design
  • Technical expertise in Adobe software (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator especially)
  • Strong conceptual development, visualization, typography, and design layout skills
  • Strong understanding of responsive design
  • Ability to visualize data and produce illustrations
  • Experience designing accessible content in compliance with WCAG 2.1 standards
  • Ability to work directly with developers to provide design files and support their workflow
