What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Support the full sub-award cycle from documentation and sub-grantee onboarding to monitoring, compliance checks, amendments, and close-out
- Maintain organized, audit-ready digital and physical filing systems for all sub-grantee documents
- Track sub-grantee reporting deadlines and conduct first-level quality checks on financial reports
- Coordinate logistics and documentation for sub-grantee monitoring visits and maintain monitoring trackers

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Development Studies, Business Administration, Project Management, International Relations, or related field
- Full professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent) required
- 3-5 years' experience supporting grants, contracts, compliance, or programme administration in NGOs or donor-funded programmes
- Experience working with multi-partner or multi-country programmes is an advantage
