Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage grant revenue from foundations, corporations, government sources, and select family funds
  • Lead the full grant cycle including pipeline research, strategy, LOIs, proposals, budgets, compliance, and reporting
  • Collaborate with Advancement, Programs/Operations, and Finance to produce compelling, accurate, and timely submissions
  • Build and manage a rolling 12-18 month grants pipeline and track results against quarterly/annual goals

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in grant writing and managing the full grant cycle
  • Ability to develop persuasive proposals with clear need statements, outcomes, and evaluation plans
  • Experience developing proposal budgets in collaboration with finance teams
  • Knowledge of post-award requirements including contracts, acknowledgements, and reporting
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems for tracking grants
