Grant & Compliance Officer

Core responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of grant administration including proposal support, budget development, award review, implementation, reporting, and closeout
• Oversee onboarding, contracting, and reporting schedules for sub-grantees in collaboration with the WIN program team
• Collaborate with Finance and Program teams to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation
• Develop and maintain internal grants management policies and procedures

This role ensures proper management of grants that support newcomer programs, helping WIN effectively deliver services to immigrant and refugee communities through compliant and efficient funding administration.

Required qualifications:

• Experienced in nonprofit grants management
• Knowledgeable about federal and private funder requirements
• Comfortable working with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborative forward-thinking spirit with mission-driven approach
