Global Safety & Security Training Manager

• Lead the development of a global safety and security training strategy aligned with sector best practice
• Design modular, scalable training packages adaptable to diverse operational contexts, including high-risk environments
• Build sustainable internal training capacity through Train-the-Trainer approaches
• Deploy in support of country programs during routine operations, start-ups, or critical incidents

This role strengthens Relief International's ability to operate safely and effectively in complex and high-risk environments, directly supporting the organization's mission to save lives and build resilience in communities impacted by conflict, climate change, and disaster.

• Significant experience in safety and security risk management in complex, high-risk humanitarian contexts
• Proven expertise in designing and delivering adult learning, including face-to-face and remote training
• Advanced degree or equivalent professional experience with substantial progressive experience in security and access management within humanitarian or INGO settings
• Certified training qualification in adult learning with relevant certifications in HEAT, emergency first aid/trauma care, and security risk management

Remote/home-based role with regular international travel. National terms and conditions will apply. Applicants must have the right to work in their home-based location.
