Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and operational logistics support to country programmes across allocated portfolios
- Facilitate logistics change management and support adoption of MAG logistics and procurement SOPs and systems
- Provide hands-on support to country programmes counterparts in managing contingent needs
- Work with colleagues across multiple functions and locations to ensure adequate risk management for procurement and logistics operations

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Senior procurement and logistics professional with NGO/humanitarian sector experience across multiple interventions
- Experience across multiple country programmes, including overseeing large-scale operations in volatile/insecure environments
- Experience overseeing and optimizing supply chain components (procurement, warehousing, asset management, fleet management)
- Proven track record in organizational change management, excellent interpersonal skills, and experience managing large diverse teams

The starting salary package for this position is £45,332 GBP / approx. $57,322 USD including all allowances. Location is roving/home-based when not traveling.
