Global Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will:

• Manage accounting and financial processes at Imagine Global level, including overseeing the annual audit and implementing systems for payments and expense claims
• Assist with strategic financial management activities including annual budget development, financial planning and analysis, cash flow management, and financial reporting
• Lead monthly financial reviews with scale country finance teams to assess performance against budgets and identify corrective actions
• Support capacity building of scale country finance teams through training, coaching, and standardized financial tools and templates

This role enables the scaling of tablet-based learning solutions across Sub-Saharan Africa, helping millions of children gain literacy and numeracy skills to reach their full potential through affordable, evidence-based education technology.

Required qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent discipline with CA, CA(SA), CIMA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualifications
• 5+ years' experience with accounting and financial management of large and/or growing organizations, including 2+ years' experience with International NGOs
• Strong knowledge of cash flow management, reconciliations, tax filings, financial reporting, and experience with IPSAS, US-GAAP and IFRS accounting standards
• Experience in financial analysis, budget forecasting, cost management, financial modeling, and managing finances for international development projects
