Gift Officer (East Coast)

• Manage a portfolio of 160 active donors and identify, qualify, and cultivate additional prospects to achieve annual fundraising targets
• Develop proposals and ensure proper solicitation of each donor according to their linkage, capacity, and interest
• Maintain accurate and timely records of all donor contact in the organization's donor database
• Support the CEO, CDO, and Sr. Director in cultivation and solicitation as needed, and support board members in identifying and managing new donors

This role drives significant funding for emergency relief and sustainable health, education, and economic development programs that help refugees and others hurt by conflicts in Palestine, Lebanon, and Jordan live with purpose and hope.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of experience with fundraising, nonprofit leadership, sales, customer service, or external relations
• Demonstrated success with portfolio, prospect, or customer relationship moves management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Arabic fluency a plus
