What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Oversee HR and Legal & Compliance functions, linking Tech team work to the broader organization
- Lead organizational development projects, prepare board decisions, and manage day-to-day operations with national chapters
- Manage legal and compliance matters including GDPR, internal governance, and regulatory aspects of Europarty establishment
- Supervise HR aspects across the European organization including recruitment, contracts, performance reviews, and payroll coordination
