Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and technical guidance for designing, planning, coordinating, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating interventions of the Gender and Human Rights Unit
- Develop evidence-based advocacy strategies and maintain partnerships with UN agencies, national and international partners, and the private sector
- Ensure systematic monitoring and evaluation of program implementation, including regular progress reporting and documentation of best practices
- Contribute to resource mobilization efforts and donor relationship management through CRM systems

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in social sciences (sociology, law, anthropology, political science, economics, etc.)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in gender-related work
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure in a multisectoral environment
- Fluency in French (required) and English (desired)
- Ivorian nationality required
