Fundraising Officer

• Serve as HC USA ambassador in the community, enhancing visibility and introducing new donors to the mission
• Assist in conducting fundraising campaigns including direct mail, online giving, and major gifts to reach fundraising goals
• Coordinate events that promote HC USA mission and foster community engagement
• Support with research to identify potential local grants and funding opportunities and assist in preparing grant proposals

This role creates positive change by raising funds and building community partnerships to support Human Concern USA's emergency relief efforts, delivering aid and hope to families in crisis situations across over 40 countries.

• University degree in events planning, fundraising, project management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience acceptable
• Experience in fundraising, sales, or event planning, ideally within a non-profit organization
• Proven track record in community activism and volunteering
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, customer-focused approach, strong prioritization and time management abilities
