Full Stack Engineer (Staff)

Core responsibilities:

• Lead the development of impactful features from concept to production
• Partner closely with Product, Design, and Climate Strategy teams to shape solutions
• Contribute to planning discussions to influence technical direction
• Learn customer challenges and deliver meaningful solutions for climate sustainability
• Help shape engineering practices to build a technically strong, inclusive foundation

This role directly contributes to addressing climate change by building exceptional products that solve real customer problems and reduce carbon emissions.

Required skills and experience:

• Mindful and caring approach to addressing customer needs through technology
• Experience translating business requirements into well-architected systems
• Comfort working across the stack (React+TS frontend, Go+Postgres backend, OpenAPI, AWS/Terraform infrastructure)
• Active experimentation with AI tools to improve productivity
• Track record of delivering quality software from 0→1 in small, early team environments
• Eye for design
