Full Stack Engineer

Core responsibilities:

• Lead the development of impactful features from concept to production
• Partner closely with Product, Design, and Climate Strategy teams to shape solutions
• Contribute to planning discussions to influence technical direction
• Learn customer challenges and deliver meaningful solutions for climate sustainability

Your work will directly contribute to addressing climate change by building exceptional products that solve real customer problems and reduce carbon emissions.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience translating business requirements into well-architected systems
• Comfort working across the stack (React+TS, Go+Postgres, OpenAPI, AWS/Terraform)
• Track record of delivering quality software from 0→1 in small, early team environments
• Mindful and caring approach to addressing customer needs through technology
