Full Stack Developer / Sr. Backend Developer

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the Software Engineering department
• Lead and mentor a team of Software Engineers and other technical staff
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and optimize processes
• Plan, execute, and oversee projects related to process optimization, product development, and equipment upgrades

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field with at least 7 years experience, including 2 years as a people manager
• Expertise in Java8+, Spring Boot, Microservices, Hibernate/JPA, RDBMS, Junit, Design Patterns, Cloud Apps, and CI/CD processes
• Strong skills in strategic planning, project management, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Excellent communication skills and ability to solve complex problems
