FP&A Manager

• Manage the budgeting, forecasting and long-term business plan process, working closely with colleagues across Finance, Development and Investment Governance teams
• Consolidate the total JNBP financial plan, ensuring accurate accounting in accordance with IFRS and a clear understanding of the key movements
• Build insightful presentations, reports and analyses that explain the financial plan to key stakeholders
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and presentations that provide insight into the performance of the business

The FP&A team is vital in helping the business and shareholders understand financial challenges and funding needs across offshore wind projects, ensuring leaders make decisions with full understanding of financial implications to unlock the value of offshore wind.

• A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA or ACCA) with 10+ years post-qualification experience
• Solid experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), Business Partnering, and providing support to CFOs, FDs and senior business leaders
• Experience of working with an integrated planning tool such as Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, SAP Analytics Cloud, Datarails, etc.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and competent in PowerPoint for effective communication of financial insights
