Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Build and execute GTM strategy, run the enterprise sales cycle (discovery → demo → pilot → close), and create repeatable outbound messaging for clients.
- Manage a 7–8 figure pipeline, design paid pilots that convert to Enterprise deals, and collaborate with founders on pricing, packaging, and contract structures.
- Feed real customer pain points into the product and development; identify new verticals and expansion pathways.
- Build relationships & partnerships, develop distribution partnerships with brokers, consultants, and engineering firms; represent Mendria at events.

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and qualifications:
- Experience in enterprise sales, GTM, commercial strategy, or partnerships, especially selling high-ticket or technical products (SaaS, climate tech, proptech, fintech, infra, or insurance).
- Demonstrated success in closing $50K–$250K+ annual deals.
- Strong executive communication skills.
- High velocity, high ownership mentality.
