Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations and administration of select charitable clients, serving as point-person for questions and needs
- Manage grant and scholarship cycles, process donations, and oversee event planning and fundraisers
- Develop and implement new charitable programs and processes to meet clients' donor advisor goals
- Advise clients on IRS rules and regulations for fiscally sponsored organizations

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of work experience
- Previous experience in nonprofit or philanthropy sectors with demonstrated skill in donor engagement, fundraising, event planning, or IRS compliance
- Extremely attentive to details with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and work well under pressure in high-paced environments
