Foundation Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations and administration of select charitable clients, serving as point-person for questions and needs
• Manage grant and scholarship cycles, process donations, and oversee event planning and fundraisers
• Develop and implement new charitable programs and processes to meet clients' donor advisor goals
• Advise clients on IRS rules and regulations for fiscally sponsored organizations

This role helps professional athletes, celebrities, and high net worth individuals establish effective charitable foundations and fiscally sponsored projects, facilitating increased philanthropic giving to communities and social causes.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of work experience
• Previous experience in nonprofit or philanthropy sectors with demonstrated skill in donor engagement, fundraising, event planning, or IRS compliance
• Extremely attentive to details with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and work well under pressure in high-paced environments

Salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 annually depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account (FSA), unlimited PTO, and paid holidays.
