Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Participate in identifying training needs through observations, discussions, and needs analyses prior to training.
- Contribute to the development and adaptation of training content using various pedagogical methods, under the supervision of the pediatric and nursing referents.
- Facilitate in-person or remote training sessions and strengthen the skills of medical and paramedical staff through team-based or individualized support.
- Structure and monitor training activities in terms of knowledge transfer and skill acquisition, and evaluate the quality of the monitoring system through post-training assessments.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required skills, experience, qualifications:
- Registered nurse with specialization or proven experience in pediatrics, neonatology, and/or care of malnourished children.
- Training or experience in pedagogy/adult education.
- Experience working with newborns in maternity settings and in neonatology and pediatrics.
- At least 3 years of experience in MSF projects involving neonatal, pediatric, and nutritional components.

Gross monthly salary: CHF 5,500 based on 100% employment. Benefits include health insurance and living expenses in the countries of intervention and at headquarters, paid according to internal regulations. Practical working conditions in the field are in accordance with the MSF OCG volunteer manual.
