Finance Operations Analyst

• Analyze financial operations to identify trends, pinpoint areas for improvement, and recommend actionable strategies to optimize the Finance Department's performance
• Focus on annual budgets, monthly financial reporting and variance analysis, and provide consistent and transparent financial reports to internal stakeholders and departments
• Support the CFO and Controller with facilitating strategic decision-making processes by analyzing financial data, reports, and projections
• Design and develop customized reports tailored to meet specific financial analysis as well as ad-hoc reports requested by stakeholders

This role supports Reproductive Freedom for All's mission to protect and expand reproductive freedom for every body by ensuring efficient financial operations that enable the organization to effectively advocate for abortion access, elect champions for reproductive freedom, and advance state and federal legislation.

• A bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience working in an accounting department
• Experience with ERP systems e.g., Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, etc.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking, and an eye for detail and passion for accuracy

Full-time, FLSA-exempt, union position with salary range of $55,000 - $68,000.
