What you will drive
- Analyze financial operations to identify trends, pinpoint areas for improvement, and recommend actionable strategies to optimize the Finance Department's performance
- Focus on annual budgets, monthly financial reporting and variance analysis, and provide consistent and transparent financial reports to internal stakeholders and departments
- Support the CFO and Controller with facilitating strategic decision-making processes by analyzing financial data, reports, and projections
- Design and develop customized reports tailored to meet specific financial analysis as well as ad-hoc reports requested by stakeholders

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- A bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience working in an accounting department
- Experience with ERP systems e.g., Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, etc.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking, and an eye for detail and passion for accuracy
