Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities include:
- Support budget monitoring, contract and agreement compliance, and ensure timely and quality reporting
- Facilitate budget management, including assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual budget reviews and proposal development
- Maintain budget versus actual reports, reconcile indirect costs, and support finance team with ERP system (D365) issues
- Assist in creating budget templates, tracking sheets, and communicating with different budget centers during budgeting processes

Required qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience in finance or accounting
- Experience with accounting applications/ERP systems, with Microsoft Business Central (BC) preferred/required
- Strong MS Excel skills and ability to work under pressure
- Teamwork skills and ability to handle various finance tasks including payroll, accounts payable, and withholding taxes
