Finance Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Build and lead financial management at LawAI, establishing robust systems across US/EU/UK jurisdictions
• Manage grant budgets, donor financial reports, and revenue projections for the leadership team
• Monitor spending against budgets, providing timely analyses and recommendations
• Track multiple grants and donor streams, ensuring proper allocation and reporting
• Oversee compliance with 501(c)(3) requirements and establish internal financial controls

This role supports the Institute for Law and AI's mission by ensuring financial sustainability and compliance, enabling the organization to focus on its core work of addressing AI governance challenges.
