What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Review all transactions and ensure completeness of documentation and approvals
- Prepare payment vouchers, schedules, and maintain financial records according to organizational procedures
- Track suppliers and vendors invoices and prepare invoice payments with proper approvals
- Scan, file, and archive all finance documents ensuring safe custody and accessibility

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or Social Sciences
- Minimum of 1 year post-graduation experience in a finance team, with at least 6 months in Finance or Accounts support role
- Excellent computer skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of NGO donors and their financial reporting requirements
