Field Engineer - Noise Wall Systems

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for noise wall installations, from initial planning through final implementation
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle and build strong relationships
• Represent RMP Global at industry events and act as a brand ambassador promoting sustainability mission

This role advances sustainable infrastructure solutions by implementing noise wall systems made from recycled plastic materials, contributing to environmental sustainability through innovative engineering approaches that reuse waste materials.

• Bachelor's degree, ideally in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of experience in infrastructure, construction, or related industries with project management experience
• Strong engineering fundamentals, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in relevant engineering software
• Excellent communication skills, willingness to travel 25-40%, and passion for sustainable, low carbon, and/or recycled solutions
