What you will drive
- Provides proactive training to all IT users to improve digital competencies
- Supports the ongoing adoption of digital technologies
- Ensures highest business productivity through optimal IT systems availability
- Provides user-centric incident and problem management to ensure best digital user experience
- Safeguards IT security and compliance according to FHCS or Freudenberg standards
- Performs on-site visits to assigned remote locations
- Manages device lifecycle of all IT equipment
- Coordinates external IT service providers
- Executes local and global IT projects

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Degree in Information Systems or equivalent education
- At least 3 years of IT support and training experience
- Basic project management skills
- Fluent English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft technology
- Good knowledge IT service management processes
- Basic presentation and communication skills
