Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Degree in Information Systems or equivalent education
  • At least 3 years of IT support and training experience
  • Basic project management skills
  • Fluent English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft technology
  • Good knowledge IT service management processes
  • Basic presentation and communication skills
